Border crossing station

Very friendly and helpful service. And one of the most beautiful border crossings I have ever seen.

Late night, tired and having driven 12 hours on the road, at 10pm and this border crossing was open, welcoming, and kindly professional and ready to be efficient and helpful. We had all our passports and arrive Canada app filled out and ready. Border patrol was patient… while one of us had to look for a dropped passport on the car floor… ooops… but all went well. He wore a mask while helping us, and we had ours on as requested. A curvy road in Canada but well worth the effort to use this quiet crossing. Came out near Venice, Canada.

There is almost always a short lineup and the process is efficient. It's well run. The only thing is there needs to be a sign on the road (on the Canadian side) telling people to turn around if they don't want to cross the border. My two aunts in their late 70's accidentally went through the border (just like I did last year) and had to park their car & go through with explaining why they did not have their passports etc. to the agents. Apparently, there were others pulled over, doing the same thing. My aunts were here on holiday and missed meeting up with a friend because of this. Most border crossings have a turn around here or you must go across the border" signage of some kind. There is a double line before we realized we were too far and then spikes behind the car after that

We had an interesting experience here but it was handle in a very professional and polite manner. They have to be strict in terms of laws and protections for their country and its only understandable. As long as you have your affairs in order and answer politely you should be okay.Side note: If you have a situation with which you were pardoned for, the Canadian government does not recognize American pardons and so please make sure to file proper paperwork to ensure that it is not a surprise issue at the border.

Coming back from my short trip to Seattle, the officers were professional, yet quick in processing. Line was 6 cars deep, so the wait itself was longer than I expected, but once I got up the the booth it was very quick. As always, have your documents ready and answer their questions - they're not hardball questions either.

Canada border was extremely disrespectful and the Officer in charge there lied about the exit but Thanks to The USA boarders they helped us get back safe, the Canadian officers have to learn to greet people with respect.

The high standard of regulation was met on the Canadian side of this border crossing by Officers Asdpen and Brown, who were both professional and pleasant as they thoroughly searched my little Prius. Alas, no joy in getting to visit Canada as my complete and full vaccine was insufficient without a recent test.

First trip across the border and not only did the patrol officer profile and target my fiance, but upon a full search of the vehicle without telling us why, vaguely threatened us, and tore my jacket by carelessly throwing our belongings around (is my best guess). They held us for almost an hour with no explanation. All of this just to let us go to our concert anyway. Only one officer was kind. That star is for him ... I think we'll keep our visits to Canada to a minimum. I don't think they want visitors, especially if they're not white.

This bridge is Nexus-Only. Even tho you can use Global Entry cards in the NEXUS border crossing lane when travel from CAN-to-US, GE cards do not work at this automated checkpoint.
